漢微科公布上半年度營運成果，累計上半年合併營收24.99億元，較去年同期增加25%，毛利率70.4%，稅後淨利10.89億元，較去年同期增加60%，每股稅後淨利16.47元，較去年同期增加49%；第3季隨著半導體製程持續微縮演進，客戶需求逐步成長，營收預期較第2季成長，將有機會再創單季新高。
漢微科為電子束檢測設備之專業廠商，產品線主要為跳躍式掃描系統(Leap Scan)、連續式掃描系統(Continuous Scan)及電子束製程監控系統等機台設備；第2季合併營收12.87億元，較第1季成長6%，創單季新高；第2季稅後淨利5.57億元。
漢微科指出，在營收部份，由於半導體廠商持續投入先進製程，資本支出持續成長，帶動電子束檢測設備需求大幅成長，整體營收符合且優於原先市場預期成長幅度，且持續創下單季新高記錄。
在獲利部份，上半年度毛利率70.4%，營業淨利率44%；展望第3季，隨著半導體的製程持續微縮演進，客戶需求逐步成長，營收預期較第2季成長，將有機會再創單季新高。毛利率及獲利率也預期穩定持平，可符合市場預期水準。
