法國財政部長Pierre Moscovici昨(8)日表示，希望於今年底前能完成歐洲銀行聯盟協議的訂立。

《路透社》報導，上周五(6日)，歐洲各國財政部長和歐洲官員在德國柏林會面，試圖訂出對區域銀行監管的規定，以便在年底前達成最終協議。

Moscovici希望在本週二(10日)傍晚或晚間的會議能夠取得一致的意見，倘若仍無法取得結果，將在12月18日的會議繼續進行討論定案。

Moscovici表示，上周五的會議對協定的進展有所幫助，各國家都有向前邁進。

但是，協議目前最大的阻礙在於德國以及一些北歐國家，他們對於歐洲聯盟有權使銀行關閉的條件仍無法認同。

歐盟表示，希望能夠在今年底前完成協議的確立，才能促使銀行聯盟的計畫繼續進行。若不幸沒在期限內取達成目標，恐因明年歐洲議會及歐盟的改選等因素，而造成銀行聯盟的組成有嚴重的延遲。
