馬英九總統遭中山大學一年級學生丟鞋抗議，教育部長吳思華今天下午在立法院表示，他一直鼓勵學生有言論自由，可以對任何事情發表意見，但用丟書、丟鞋的方式表達，已超乎言論自由的尺度，是非常不恰當的。
