【黃仲瑜／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，在新店區碧潭的下游處，一名傅姓夜騎腳踏車的民眾發現河中央有燈光，且聽到有人大聲呼救的聲音，立即打電話報警，消防隊接獲報案立即派遣人員前往救援。
