【黃楷棟／新北報導】胞弟為搶救新北泰山大火而殉職的高雄市消防局新莊分隊隊員陳奕達，今向內政部長李鴻源表達請調回嘉義家鄉任職的想法，他強調，雖然自己是因為弟弟進入消防工作，而且出勤救人也帶給他很多的成就感，但現在弟弟沒了，自己雖不希望離開消防這個大家庭，但若真的無法請調回嘉義任職，為了不讓雙親擔心，他會考慮離開工作崗位。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】陸委會主委王郁琦和外交部次長史亞平今早特別到史平常剪頭髮的髮廊，跟美髮業者解釋兩岸服貿協議開放美髮業來台投資。但整場活動像是演行動劇一樣，封店不接客，現場只有王、史和設計師Bossa三人。史亞平不斷稱讚Bossa剪的多好，她跟女兒每次都指定Bossa；王郁琦打蛇隨棍上說，次長每次都找同一設計師，所以台灣美髮業者不需擔心中國來台投資，台灣很有人情味，客戶感受到設計師的用心和體貼，都會找同一人。

〔自由時報記者賴筱桐／新北報導〕新北市政府執行二重疏洪道市地重劃工程，用地範圍原有私營停車場搬遷，部分路邊停車格塗銷，約兩千個停車位消失，周邊停車場價格水漲船高，引發民怨。教育局同意釋出閒置文教用地，由交通局規劃停車空間；地政局承諾加速整地，最快十月可提供逾三百個停車位。
