唱歌時常常會壓喉嚨高音部分也常常使用假音....教我唱歌!!

唱歌真的很不容易... 我每當唱到我唱不上去的地方都會自動轉為假音!! 朋友都發現..我這是個壞習慣 也傷害喉嚨... 所以我想請教 該如何提升我的音域?? 因為長期使用喉嚨 我怕破音 所以都會壓喉嚨唱歌 各人發現 沒什麼爆發力跟感覺!!! 想請教各為朋友!! 能教教我嘛?
