與洪仲丘同屬542旅部連的一名同袍28日到洪仲丘靈堂祭拜時說，范佐憲做事「對人不對事」，交情好帶違禁品也沒事。
據《中央社》報導，與洪仲丘同屬542旅部連的一名同袍，28日下午前往台中洪家祭拜洪仲丘，該同袍爆料，跟范佐憲交情好的人，就算帶智慧型手機、電腦等違禁品也不會有事。
同袍說，他的一名友人跟洪仲丘同時待禁閉室，禁閉室確實很熱，電風扇跟醫療設備都是洪仲丘事件爆發後才放置的。同袍表示，軍中幹部曾公布洪仲丘送醫事宜，並在7月4日集合部隊成員，為洪仲丘祈福，但未透露洪仲丘當天已去世。
