女生 頭髮少 高額頭 適合什麼髮型

我的頭髮是油性髮質的 ,

而且自己本身頭髮比較比較很細髮量又少而且還高額頭 ,

所以只要一流汗整個頭髮都會塌掉 ,

而且前面的瀏海就整個都會變成一搓一搓的黏在額頭上 .

請問一下頭髮又細又少 高額頭 油性髮質 的女生適合什麼樣的髮型 長髮還是短髮 ,

還是有什麼方法可以讓髮量看起來比較多不會那麼少 ..
