梅爾挖角前Google大將 掌管Flickr

雅虎 (Yahoo) (YHOO-US) 執行長梅爾 (Marissa Mayer)已聘請Google前高層掌管照片分享網站Flickr。

梅爾周三宣布聘請Google前高層Bernardo Hernandez，他曾負責監督將全球美食評鑑Zagat整合進Google產品的工作，而今則接受梅爾請託，負責管理Flickr事業。

此消息首見報於《CNET》，係因發現Hernandez 和梅爾周二晚間彼此在推特上留言。根據《AllThingsD》報導，前任Flickr總經理Brett Wayn上辭職，因此出現該辭缺。

雅虎2005年以3500萬美元收購Flickr。爾後Instagram的興起是導致Flickr地位動搖的部分原因。
