養蜂媳婦首次參賽 蜂蜜評鑑獲特等

【大紀元2013年08月08日訊】（大紀元記者簡惠敏台灣屏東報導）屏東縣高樹鄉養蜂人媳婦蕭雅屏，5年前嫁到養蜂人家開始學習養蜂，首次參加今年全國蜂蜜評鑑大賽就脫穎而出，得到特等獎。

蕭雅屏原本從事服務業，結婚後跟著先生在山林間放置蜂箱，直到4年前才負責在家裡挑蜂王乳，一面工作一面照顧孩子；她說，養蜂得忍受大太陽的酷熱，出門都全身包裹，採蜜過程更免不了被螫，早已習以為常。

蕭雅屏說，蜂蜜品質好壞，不僅蜂源重要，蜜蜂體質好不好更重要，適當讓蜜蜂補充養分，吃一些補給品，蜜蜂活動力強，蜂蜜、花粉或是蜂王乳品質相對提升。

蕭雅屏的公婆也在台東養蜂，這次比賽，公婆獲得頭等獎。蕭雅屏說，很多技術都是公婆傳授，雖然有祖傳的養蜂好技術，但要突破傳統參加比賽，除了分析蜂蜜的營養成分外，也要準確抓住蜂蜜口味。

30歲出頭的蕭雅屏，首次參加全國蜂蜜大賽就受到肯定；她說，以前通路大多零售、在市場或是自家銷售，現在有了特等獎的加持，也開始在網路上賣蜂蜜了。◇
