我需要有服務板橋地區抽肥(化糞池)的商家資料

我們家是一間老公寓(共8戶約30人)
以往每年固定在農曆年前後抽肥
每次每戶約為300元

在100年農曆年抽完肥以後
一樓的屋主因為整理房子打算要出租
在出租前(100年10月)又抽了一次(家順企業社)
每戶收了九百多元~屋主解釋抽了5車
出租予他人使用後
使用期間房客於102年5月抽一次每戶300元(沒有收據不知道那家抽的)
7月搬出後因為屋主又打算要出租又抽了一次
102年8月每戶卻要價1000元還說費用已經折價一千了(又找家順企業社)
確實有收據但是上網一看原來102年6月那間公司不老實亂倒污泥
但卻沒有停業

每戶繳費紀錄：

因為鄰居年紀都大了什麼都不會不懂不知道
需要人幫忙但卻不知道如何發問
麻煩各位站在幫助老人家的立場給我一點訊息
