僅上任6天的國防部長楊念祖，因過去在學界剽竊論文醜聞，在昨晚閃辭。台聯黨團總召許忠信今（7）日指出，馬英九總統不了解軍中文化，楊念祖是文人部長壓不住軍人。

許忠信表示，著作抄襲在實務上很難認定，而且楊念祖著作的問題已吵了很久，又不是現在才發生，他判斷應該是軍中內部權力鬥爭的問題。

許忠信強調，楊念祖當部長後，內部有不同聲意要楊念祖下台，馬英九應該要出來平息聲音，解決這些問題。
