標題[請益] 頭皮多久該深層清潔一次?

我以前沒有頭皮保養的觀念平常都是用洗髮精洗完後再簡單用個潤髮乳而已直到之前去剪頭髮的時候設計師跟我說頭皮偶爾也要深層清潔這樣頭髮才會跟著比較健康但我也不想每次都去那邊做這樣太傷本了所以想說買這類的東西回來自己做不過不知道這種深層清潔的產品大概多久用一次? 我想要簡單的基礎頭皮保養就可以了然後希望是容易買到的大家有推薦的產品嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.193.60
