廣大興案 檢方依殺人罪起訴8人

菲律賓海巡隊船艦人員射殺廣大興28號漁船案件，屏東地檢署今天偵查終結，檢方依刑法第271條第1項殺人罪起訴8名被告，其中1人為指揮官、7人為開槍船員。檢方也公布節錄的三段錄影帶，證實廣大興未衝撞海艦船，但菲國船艦以絕對優勢的武裝火力，朝沒有任何武裝且已逃離中的廣大興連續射擊，共射發108發子彈，有45發打中船身。檢方認為，船艦人員對漁船開槍，不算是正當防衛，且使用槍枝也未符合比例原則。
