【王智勇／台南報導】台南市北門區二重港仁安宮，利用颱風天佈施行善，今上午送出2千包3公斤裝的白米，給學甲、北門、將軍等12間國小及北區家扶中心、華山基金會、教養院等單位，作為防颱準備。
