副總統吳敦義外孫在機場補辦護照，領務局今天表示本來就有這項措施。外交部發言人高安表示，呼籲國人出國前先檢查護照、簽證，如果能提前到各地領務局辦事處先補辦護照，就盡量提前，機場雖提供補辦措施，但機場辦事處同時還要處理急難救助業務，希望國人能先做好準備，不要排擠到真正需要的人。
