【李銘宏／台北報導】潭美外圍環流挾帶的水氣相當豐沛，今天半夜大雨狂下，清晨0時許，北市公寓地下1樓倉庫慘遭水淹，倉庫內存放的電腦主機、螢幕及其他零組件全部泡湯，市政府工務局緊急調用抽水機將水漸漸抽出，造成的損失難以估計。
