由桃園縣政府文化局及桃園縣政府藝文設施管理中心主辦的「桃設-2013桃園產學設計展」，展覽時間即日起至9月4日（周三），每天上午9時至下午5時，在桃園展演中心一樓展場舉辦。

展區規畫為「桃園設計學系作品展區」、「桃園觀光工廠展區」及「設計競賽得獎展區」等三區。最值得一提的是本次展覽特別舉辦「2013桃園產學設計競賽」，在展前即向全國設計科系學生廣發英雄帖，分為「商品文創類」、「產品包裝類」與「微電影行銷類」三類徵件，總計共有270件作品參與競賽！這不僅是一場創意設計與產業文化的對話，更提供設計作品與產業之間互動交流的平台。

在「桃園設計學系作品展區」，由參展的桃園6所大專院校設計學系提供優秀設計作品，展現設計生力軍無窮的創作力與生命力。如「中原大學建築系」展出作品「生活線-南崁公共生活新串聯」，呈現南崁地區近30年來快速蛻變與發展的觀察與省思。縣內9家觀光工廠組成的「觀光工廠展區」展現台灣傳統產業精益求精與實踐創意的精神，如「太平洋自行車博物館」架設的自行車體驗走道，讓民眾感受行動文化，「義美生產生態生活廠區」展出與國立故宮博物院共同開發的文創餅盒，展現觀光工廠致力於傳統產業精緻化的企圖心。

展覽期間每個週六及週日，更舉辦假日設計講堂及工作坊，讓大朋友與小朋友都能品設計、玩創意。
