男友堅持酒後駕車　害正妹女友撞花臉

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市1名37歲張姓男子，今天清晨5時許，載著交往不久的李姓女友返回淡水住處，途經台北市延平北路四段高速公路下方時，疑因車速過快，失控撞上中央分隔島後，車輛翻覆在對向車道，還波及1名機車騎士，路人見狀趕緊報案求救，警消到場後將受困在車內的2人救出，一共3人送醫，所幸都沒有生命危險。

警方調查表示，張男與李姓女友昨晚與朋友吃飯聚會，席間眾人共飲1瓶威士忌，聚餐結束張男堅持要駕車返家，李女勸不聽只好跟著上車，結果兩人在返家途中出車禍，張男遭警方酒測，數值達1.02毫升，所幸張男在醫院包紮無大礙後，已帶回派出所偵訊。
