中士遭小兵嗆鬱卒　熊抱襲胸夜歸女落網

【綜合報導】1名國防部防空飛彈指揮部林姓中士(24歲)上月14日晚間10時，在新店安坑地區涉尾隨1名身材姣好的妙齡女，伺機從後方熊抱襲胸；落網後，林男稱，因遭1名義務役士兵嗆聲，又與女友吵架，鬱卒才一時胡塗。

《聯合報》報導，林姓中士到案後懊悔，他說，因部隊士兵很難管，斥責1名義務役士兵內務紊亂竟被嗆：「不然你關我禁閉啊！你亂罵人，我就跟媒體爆料！」覺得心理壓力很大而做錯事。訊後依性騷擾罪嫌函送檢方偵辦。

飛指部重視該案，已召開人評會將林姓中士記過處分，若年底考績只有丙等，將勒令退伍。
