三陽發可轉債 部分董事反對

三陽董事會日前決議發行上限5500萬美元海外可轉債，自然人董事吳清源與高力川今天聲明反對，指出發行可轉債將影響公司及股東權益。

吳清源今天登報聲明，表示三陽無重大資金需求，關係企業資金尚稱充裕，無耗費鉅資成本發行海外可轉債的必要，包括吳清源與高力川都在董事會中表明反對，不過仍無法阻止其他董事通過此案。

根據三陽公告，將發行5年期海外可轉債，發行上限5500萬美元，支應外幣購買原物料需求。

三陽近期股價狂飆，8月以來漲幅超過4成，今天盤中一度創下1998年11月以來新高，最高達43.65元，不過今天大幅震盪，一度從漲停板43.65元打落平盤之下。
