路透調查顯示，中東局勢動盪被視為是給今年的油價提供了支撐，但供給增加以及預期中的美聯儲縮減購債推動美元上漲，將在2014年推低油價。

多數分析師認為，布蘭特原油期貨在2013年預計平均為每桶107.20美元，低於今年迄今的均價108.02美元。布蘭特原油去年平均每桶為111.70美元。

而據路透社調查顯示，布蘭特原油2014年料平均為每桶104.90美元，2015年料平均為102.70美元。

多數分析師預計近期中東緊張局勢給油價帶來的溢價將是短暫的，在今年稍晚會逐漸消退，如果美聯儲削減刺激措施給經濟成長構成壓力，那麼這可能進而在2014年打壓油價。

據路透調查結果，美國原油期貨今年料平均每桶97.80美元，2014年料平均98.80美元。

調查還顯示，布蘭特原油較美國原油升水在2013年料維持在每桶9.40美元。這低於今年迄今的10.92美元。2014年該升水料平均為6.20美元。(A)
