【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮市一名17歲夏姓少年，今天上午七時騎機車載2歲弟弟外出買早餐，行經商校街、中山路口時，遭一輛左彎轎車撞上，2歲弟當場被撞飛3米外倒地昏迷，夏男全身擦傷直喊痛。路人開車載隨後到場的媽媽抱著男童就醫，急救後除左胸、左肩多處骨折、擦傷外，兩兄弟皆無生命危險。

警方表示，轎車左轉未注意來車是肇事主因，轎車陳姓駕駛與夏姓少年酒測值均零，但夏男無照騎車，待傷勢復元後將開單告發。
