籲退回重送 綠委盼提高治水預算

康芮颱風大雨強襲南台，雲嘉南大淹水。民進黨團今天開記者會要求中央政府應編列足夠治水預算，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，國民黨執政後治水預算一年比一年少，呼籲經濟部應收回已送到立法院的預算，至少編列1年100 億治水預算。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，明年中央政府編列的治水預算，水利署僅14億多，內政部營建署2億多，農委會5億多，加總僅約23億元。

民進黨立委李應元也發新聞稿指出，據農委會統計，2003年到2012年10年中，因豪雨等天災造成的農產損失就將近1000億元。至於其他民生損失、工商損 失，災後重建等社會成本，更是數倍於農業損失。他要求行政院儘速提出3年600億元的治水預算，以全流域綜合治水概念，提出整套治水特別預算。
