美國量化寬鬆政策（QE）將提前退場。

今年以來全球股市表現漲跌互見，統計360檔投信發行的國內外股票型基金中，成立滿1年、今年以來規模增加最多且績效雙位數報酬的基金共有6檔，分別是群益華夏盛世、國泰中國新興戰略、宏利臺灣高股息、保德信全球醫療生化、德盛全球生技大壩、摩根絕對日本，以類型來看，大部分為海外股票型，特別是大中華與生技類型表現出色，堪稱市場「夯基金」。
群益投信表示，在Fed三輪QE推動下，資金行情明顯推升各地資產價格，同時也帶動全球景氣逐漸復甦。統計從QE1推行以來，不論歐美及新興股市，都有不少國家創下高漲幅，但大陸資本管制較嚴格，也阻礙海外資金流入，受惠有限，表現相對非常落後。
群益投信指出，隨著美國聯準會（Fed）可能逐步結束量化寬鬆（QE）政策的訊息，頻頻干擾市場，大陸A股受到資金退潮的直接影響勢必相對較小，因此投資人將更為專注於觀察後續經濟復甦的腳步。
群益華夏盛世基金經理人葉書弘指出，大陸總經狀況趨穩，基本面逐步落底反轉，外資陸續調升大陸GDP，德意志銀行8月22日將今年下半年GDP成長預測從7.6%調高至7.7%，瑞士信貸8月26日將大陸2013年GDP目標由先前預期的7.4%上調到7.6%。
葉書弘強調，最重要的是，國務院總理李克強7月提出「底線論」，表示大陸雖進行調控，但仍不能讓經濟成長滑出「下限」，政策大方向明朗化，使市場重拾對大陸A股的投資信心，上證指數7月在2000點以下打底完成、逐步向上墊高，止穩回升態勢明確。 (接下一頁)
