北市災變中心 回復三級開設

由於主要鋒面離開台灣本島，台北市政府上午表示，台北市災害應變中心於5時解除二級開設，回復為三級常時開設。

台北市政府表示，經過整夜監控，確認主要的鋒面雲系已離開台灣本島，台北市水災災害應變中心今天上午5時解除二級開設，也請工務局、環保局等主要防救災單位仍密切注意後續降雨情形。

由於盤桓台灣上空的鋒面雲系已經東移至台灣東部海面，雨勢趨緩，因此1日清晨4時中央氣象局解除台北市大豪雨警戒區，台北市水災災害應變中心指揮官廖茂為隨即宣布5時解除二級開設，回復為三級常時開設。

根據台北市水災災害應變中心資料顯示，台北市各處回報的災情共28件，均已處理完畢。

其中，中山區部分地區發生停電情形，經台電連夜搶修，均已正常供電；信義區永春崗公園擋土牆發生崩塌，壓到數輛民車，幸無人員傷亡，正由公園處查明原因，做後續處理。
