憲法133實踐聯盟提出罷免國民黨立委吳育昇後，民進黨新北市黨部接續提出「罷免馬意立委」，自今（6）日起將發動罷免新北市第6選區的國民黨立委林鴻池，也就是現今國民黨立法院黨團的大黨鞭。
民進黨新北市黨部主委羅致政表示，罷免是攸關是非的黑白問題，而不是藍綠惡鬥，這是為了把國家從錯誤的方向拉回來。
民進黨新北市黨部認為，連任3屆立委的林鴻池，目前是國民黨副秘書長及政策會執行長，集立法院黨團與國民黨要黨職於一身，正是「馬意」在立法院最重要的貫徹者及執行者。
羅致政說，罷免吳育昇、林鴻池，這只是開始，其他國民黨立委如果繼續助「馬」為亂，不顧民生，將會再有下一波的罷免行動。
