先前我還一直說市府乾脆辦聽證會好了 不過現在看來 事情還是要回歸到行政程序上 如果於法無據 就算辦了也沒有效力 那麼自救會再拿"溝通管道"來砲轟市府 事實上是罵錯人了 請恕本人一點的主觀 就是自救會要的溝通管道 就算是交通部出來辦 可能也會跟三月仁德區的公聽會一樣 鬧哄哄 吵到無法討論 毫無結論的鬧劇一場 所以目前來講 若市府舉辦聽證會於法無據 會中結論也無效力 那就不需要浪費時間作毫無效益的事情 若交通部出來辦 我不敢保證現場會有多少抗議團體 多少人製造衝突 製造噪音場面 所以不管如何 我本人還是很悲觀啦 不管誰來辦都一樣 民粹的另一面就是無法就專業面來溝通 所以溝通管道嘛 聽聽就好啦... -- 玄歌浪滔， 幻中道真， 太遊方外睨紅塵。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.23.112
