特偵組發新聞稿　指未曲解檢察官原意

【蔣永佑／台北報導】特偵組針對有關高檢署檢察官林秀濤及陳正芬表示，特偵組曲解兩人意思，再度發出新聞稿澄清，林、陳訊問時都有錄影，內容顯示高檢署檢察長陳守煌曾暗示林秀濤就全民電通案不要上訴，特偵組並無誤會兩人。
 
特偵組新聞稿指出，特偵組檢察官於訊問證人林秀濤、陳正芬均全程錄音、錄影，林、陳於具結後接受訊問，訊問完畢後，也有簽名，並經勘驗錄影、錄音內容，均與筆錄內容相符。
