【呂品逸／基隆報導】怪手今天上午9時許，開始敲擊基隆巨石，目前施工順利，預計巨石會像剝洋蔥一樣，一片一片剝落，但是假如不成功，才會使用「靜態破碎法」擊解巨石，施工單位表示，預計5天完成移除。
