要求面試者跳舞 英零售商道歉

英國電子產品零售商Currys坦承要求面試人跳舞，並公開道歉。

Currys坦承，參加卡地夫購物商場團體面試者，在團隊合作訓練中，被要求表演舞步，但該表演並非正式面試程序的一部分。

當天接受面試的貝肯向BBC說：「我覺得大家一開始都以為面試官在開玩笑，但發現他們是來真的。我最後也跟著（法國電音團體）傻瓜龐克（Daft Punk）的『Around the World』，在一群陌生人面前，穿著西裝跳了一段憋腳的機械舞。另一個跟著饒舌歌跳舞的中年人看起來很難過。」

Dixons Retail旗下的Currys保證，上述事件絕對不會再發生，目前正在進行內部調查。Currys說：「我們對該商場經營團隊未遵循公司招募人員程序感到十分失望，並對當天在場的面試人非常抱歉。我們將另外安排一場面試，讓受影響的面試人，有機會展現他們如何對公司做出貢獻。」
