【顏振凱／台北報導】總統馬英九與民進黨主席蘇貞昌，本月中將就兩岸服貿協議舉行辯論，由婦女新知、民間監督健保聯盟、台灣勞工陣線等多個民間團體組成的「反黑箱服貿民主陣線」，今天上午舉行記者會，再對服貿協議提出三問，質疑簽訂服貿協議是黑箱作業，勞陣主任洪敬舒問：「服貿是黑箱作業，那目前正進行的貨品貿易協議，也要繼續黑箱嗎？」

督保盟召集人黃淑英也提問，「政府要讓醫療與社福機構徹底商品化嗎？」

台灣守護民主平台召集人賴中強也質問：「中國與紐西蘭自由貿易協定有人權條款？台灣和紐西蘭經濟合作協議也有人權條款，為何台灣和中國間的經貿協定，沒有人權條款？」
