標題[討論] 賠錢時共體時艱 賺錢時保留盈餘

標題這句話是不是大家都心有戚戚焉耳熟能詳？ 公司賠錢時，發的不好就發信或派主管摸摸頭告訴大家， 因為公司沒有賺錢沒太多的獎金可以發，這相信大家都能理解。 但是公司明明有賺錢，卻還是有老闆很喜歡保留盈餘幾十%， 說是要展望未來，獎金直接砍半後再跟你靠腰說今年業績還不錯，明年會領更好， 然後，真的等到明年的時候，就好死不死因為景氣循環一堆鳥理由， 公司又不怎賺錢了，又要開始共體時艱...... 永遠無窮迴圈在凹小工程師們可悲微薄的憤紅跟譏笑獎金...... 請問還有沒有哪間公司比較有良心的？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.132.213
