砸48億元　南山人壽購得台中西區勤美誠品綠園道

南山人壽6日公告，以新台幣48億元購得台中西區的勤美誠品綠園道，並與勤美股份有限公司簽訂15年期的營業租賃契約。

南山人壽公告內容指出，以48億元買下台中西區的勤美誠品綠園道，土地面積5586平方公尺，折合1689.77坪；建物面積 7萬9668.65平方公尺，合折2萬4099.77坪。

南山人壽財務長許妙靜說，此樓的租金收益率符合金管會所規定租金收益率要達2.875%以上，並且一段時間還是會調整租金。由於目前南山人壽投資在不動產的比重不高，對於不動產的其他標的仍會持續評估。

此外，南山人壽也公告，考量經營模式的變動、近來國際金融環境變化，國內、外債券流動性呈現下滑的趨勢、市場活絡程度明顯下降，加上保險業目前面臨資產及負債會計配比不當問題等因素，南山人壽擬將金融資產重分類。

同時，南山人壽董事會決議將金融資產自「備供出售」重分類至「持有至到期日投資」、「無活絡市場之債券投資」，以今年8月31日為重分類日進行相關帳務處理。
