（中央社記者程啟峰高雄6日電）高雄市警方今天說，一隻會模仿警笛鳴響的泰式料理店鎮 店鸚鵡失竊，竊嫌到案歸還，辯稱好心代為照顧，全案仍送辦。 警方說，這隻被飼主養在鳥籠內的非洲灰鸚鵡，是高市一家泰式料理店鎮店鸚鵡，一見警 車或救護車經過就會模仿警笛鳴響，要價新台幣4、5萬元。 警方又說，8月22日潭美颱風來襲時，這隻非洲灰鸚鵡，連籠帶鳥摔落在店家騎樓，謝姓男 手開車路過發現，順手把籠子跟鳥一併載走。 這隻鸚鵡全身夾雜灰白紅3色，外型討喜又靈敏，在店內人氣頗高，突然不翼而飛，飼主難 過到徹夜難眠，隔天報警。 警方據報調閱附近路口監視器影像，1小時內循線找到謝嫌，謝嫌隨即到案並把鸚鵡送回失 主，強調是好心代為照料，飼主見心愛鸚鵡失而復得，喜出望外，原本打算不再追究，但 由於已報案加上竊盜罪屬公訴罪，全案仍函送法辦。 http://ppt.cc/xv7n -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136
