膠筏遭菲扣押　船長：菲逼我簽文件

【李卉婷／屏東報導】恆春籍蔡田號膠筏船長蔡波(53歲)，在台菲重疊海域遭到菲律賓持槍扣押進入菲國，下午蔡波與妻子通電話時指稱：「菲國海警逼我簽看不懂的英文文件」，對此，稍早外交部南部辦事處簡任秘書曹松茂到訪時回應，已經請駐馬尼拉代表前往了解目前狀況，並要求菲國要「人道」對待我國漁民。
