黃世銘立法院備詢 首度認錯

檢察總長黃世銘今天上午再度到立院備詢，立委廖正井針對特偵組監聽國會質詢黃為何事前調查不周延、事後追蹤未落實、發言不謹慎，黃世銘對此首度在立院承認錯誤。

之前，黃世銘在立院被質詢時，從未認錯，還表示自己沒錯，不用下台。黃世銘今天上午再度前往立法院備詢，民進黨立委陳其邁質詢黃進出總統官邸的時間，黃世銘說第一次進入官邸時間是8月31日；陳其邁追問，「那時台高檢檢察官陳正芬正偵查中，沒有違反偵查不公開？」黃世銘說，只是問陳正芬一句話、幾分鐘而已，一連六、七次指稱「那只是佐證」，不重要。

陳其邁質疑黃世銘進官邸為什麼走官邸三號門？黃世銘表示，是官邸引導錯誤所致，且8月31日、9月1日兩次進入官邸，都是特偵組長楊榮宗開車載他進入；陳要求黃提供通聯查明黃與總統馬英九這段時的通話紀錄，黃世銘表示，北檢已調閱，且通聯是個人隱私，怎麼提供？
