江宜樺：薪水增、就業改善比經濟成長率重要

【高佳菁／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今赴桃園參訪台達電表示，經濟成長率保2或3不是重點，重點是要經濟發展的果實，能與一般民眾分享，讓民眾的薪水增加，提升就業率，對於台達電將營收13%做為員工薪資與分紅，可說是幸福企業的典範，讓公司的員工都能有感，期企業能一起效法。
 
台達電榮譽董事長鄭崇華亦指出，經濟成長率保2不是不可能，政府機關的官員也都很努力在做，希望大家能多給官員一些鼓勵，不要一直罵他們。
