目前在就業服務站找了一個工作上面給的資料是月薪，新台幣25854元至33148元工作時間為日班0730-1930 晚班1930至隔天0730.需配合日夜輪班作二休二這個薪資我的解讀應該是指日班25854 夜班33148 可是寄給我的報到通知單寫著薪資：新台幣$25,000 (底薪$22,200 + 伙食津貼 $1,800 + 全勤 $1,000) 有一種被欺騙的感覺如果只是日班試用期3個月才25000 勉強還可以接受如果之後的薪水不到當初的標準還滿想爭取的不過感覺滿難的當初會選擇這份工作有兩個原因離家近和有缺工獎勵符合資格者(失業滿30日或非自願性離職者)經就服站開立介紹卡，並就業滿30 日得申請就業獎勵(第1-2個月3000元/月，第3-12個月5000元/月) ※本津貼補助對象為「勞工」加上缺工獎勵薪水應該算不錯所以還是會想至少撐一年甚至到後年領年終不過領到的根當初開的不一樣還滿不爽就是了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.234.225.116
