中經院副院長：文創應發展主要類型

中華經濟研究院副院長王健全指出，台灣過去是靠內需及出口雙引擎帶動經濟成長，但近年內需市場萎縮，出口又受國際經濟情勢影響，要靠天吃飯。建議接下來要靠觀光驅動內需，並有計畫的輸出服務業。

金融研訓院今舉辦「中小企業融資業務交流研討會文化產業」。王健全針對文創產業發展建議，像日本動漫、韓國文化產業、泰國的時尚設計等等都可借鏡，但台灣的文創種類太多，要有一個主要類型，並把上中下游行銷通路、一條龍慢慢做出來。另外，台灣過去以B2B企業間的交易為主，現在轉變為B2C，但還不夠了解消費者，不管是在台灣或國際化發展，都需要了解當地消費者的習慣，後續也要科技化，把產業量化、規模發展。
