性侵前科男猥褻運動女　判10月徒刑

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹縣一名性侵前科累累的林姓男子，2011年底，在竹北一處河堤假裝運動男，見一名慢跑女經過，竟尾隨用手摀被害人嘴，伸出鹹豬手襲胸，被害女大叫林男才嚇跑。被害女不甘打電話給家人出來逮狼，成功攔阻色狼並扭送法辦。
 
新竹地院審理發現，林男性侵前科累累，2011年4月才誆騙一名女子身體虛弱按摩，在超市旁停車場指姦女子得逞，檢警採集林男指甲內被害女的DNA，今年四月遭台灣高院判刑1年7個月，目前已入監服刑。
 
本案被害女在2011年12月受害，雖林男否認犯行，但被害人指證歷歷，考量被害是中度智障，但不思尊重女性身體自主權，在河堤猥褻被害人，犯後矢口否認，未見悔悟，因此依強制猥褻罪判處有期徒刑10個月。新竹地院表示，本案將等台灣高院判刑確定後，由檢方定應執行刑。
