新浪微博@飛翔的雲jc：新洲，一老者坐在三隻小狗拉的、且有車牌的『機動車』上，在快車道上『行駛』，非常危險！

根據武漢晚報報導，三隻狗狗是『車夫』，幾塊木板組裝在一起就是小車，儼然是聖誕老人駕著雪橇！昨(3)天，博主王先生被這奇特的一幕驚呆了。

王先生告訴記者，昨(3)天上午10點多，他開車行至新洲陽邏開發區平江大道上，忽然看見了這位老人。『他坐在車上，三隻狗狗拉著他，車子跑得很慢。』王先生介紹，三隻小狗分別由三根繩拴著，那個小車就是用幾塊板搭建而成，用繩子把各部分綁住，後面做了一個『靠背』。他還看到，該車後面放著黑色塑膠袋，木板下面就是4個小輪子。

記者通過圖片看到，這小車子後面還倒著綁上了車牌號，號碼為『09635』，『靠背』上插有旗幟，一紅一綠。

『我當時在開車，兒子坐在副駕駛上把看到的拍下來了。』王先生表示，這樣自搭的簡易車上路非常的危險，希望透過微博給大家一個警醒。

而王先生的微博發布後，受到了不少網友的關注，網友『吃果果他爹』表示曾見過老人上路，稱老人是陽邏的，失去了雙腿，好多年都是這樣。

『狗狗雪橇』是否能進入快車道？對此，武昌區交警大隊民警張明表示，畜力車不得進入中心城區行駛，走機動車道可處20~50元罰款，但由於可能是殘疾人可警告教育。他介紹，老人的車牌號可能是撿來的摩托車牌。
