馬英九6日提「總統兼黨主席」案

明天是國民黨第十八屆中常會最後一次會議。據透露，國民黨主席馬英九將在中常會上宣示修改黨章，改為「總統兼黨主席」，強調「黨政密合」精神，建立「換軌制」，回應外界要求。這次全代會上黨中央也將正式提案。
