油品銷毀數量 大統周四前提出

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化縣12日電）大統長基食品廠提出問題油品銷毀計畫，不過彰化縣衛生局前往清點時發現一片混亂，要求業者需在14日前提出正確銷毀數量。

大統長基食品廠所生產的橄欖油等被檢方查出有問題，彰化縣衛生局人員要求大統公司將問題產品下架回收銷毀，大統公司日前提出銷毀計畫書，說明回收油品數量為1200多公噸。

衛生局收到計畫書後進行審查，同時前往大統長基食品廠的製油工廠清點回收油品數量，衛生局人員到場後發現，大統公司不僅內部資料紊亂，且回收油品清點工作有問題，像是油品沒分區擺好。

衛生局表示，由於回收油品數量龐大，他們擔心大統清點作業出差錯，因此要求業者重新進行清點，在11月14日前重新清點，他們14日也將再到現場清點，如果數量有問題，將依食品衛生管理法開罰。

至於今天有大陸商人向大統食品廠求償，彰化縣法制處則說，如有大陸消費者買到大統問題油品，只要向縣府申訴都會受理。1021112
