該如何婉拒...房客要求支付洗衣機槽清潔費用?

想問一下大家
我有一間13坪電梯大套房今年7月初租給兩位大學生 她們合租
自認租金合理 (含管理費5300/月)
且7.8月暑期只收管理費兩個月共1000元 未收房租費用

幾個月來已負擔了7.8月的水電費(她們暑期返家沒住只放家具行李 一些基本雜費270元)
送洗窗簾費(很便宜150元 租屋時有答應)
一張和室桌錢(不貴250元 但原本簽租約時她們並未要求)
浴室水龍頭組錢(1700元 大約十月她們反應漏水自請維修有單據)

前幾天房客反應洗衣機有髒污
想要清潔內槽約1500~1800元問我能否支付
但洗衣機是前房客留下的小雜牌子使用最多兩年 我看了一下全新洗衣機也才五千元
實在覺得清洗內槽不划算

請問大家我要如何婉拒啊
目前我只想到跟她們說 房東房客各付一半...

畢竟賺錢不易我平常也蠻省的...
想轉貼一些自己清洗衣機的方法
(漂白水、小蘇打、放一條毛巾、用濾網撈...)
又怕她們覺得我囉唆廢話

但是我真的不想付這筆錢啊
(說真的洗個三次都可以買全新洗衣機給房客用了)
