年底卸任　檢評會：儘快給國人精確交代

【黃哲民／台北報導】檢察官評鑑委員會委員兼發言人彭文正今天上午說，委員會將儘快完成特偵組不當監聽立院節費總機與檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案的調查工作，「因為本屆檢評會委員將在（今年）12月卸任，我們應該在卸任前，給全國民眾一個很精確的交代」。

彭文正另表示，委員會今天也會討論是否繼續約詢尚未到會的相關人員，包括總統馬英九、法務部前部長曾勇夫、立委柯建銘與立法院長王金平。

彭文正說：「不管他們主觀的意願會不會來，我們是不是都應該盡到約詢的責任。」
