大統油逾3百件求償　團訟申請30日止

【戴安瑋／台北報導】大統長基摻偽油品，損害消費者權益，行政院消保處已協調台灣消費者保護協會提起團體訴訟，迄今各縣市政府消費者服務中心已接到320件民眾申請，要向大統長基求償。消保處說，該團體訴訟受理登記時間將於11月30日截止，請受害消費者儘速前往各縣市政府消費者服務中心或台灣消保協會登記求償。

消保處提醒消費者檢具購買證明，例如發票或會員購買紀錄、請求權讓與書等相關文件，像請求身體損害賠償，也請一併檢附醫療診斷證明，在期限截止前向各縣市政府消費者服務中心受理窗口填寫表格後提出求償登記，並讓與損害賠償請求權予台灣消保協會，由該會依消費者保護法第49條及第50條規定提起團體訴訟。
