遭醉漢罵1小時 警提告獲賠3萬

高雄一名顏姓男子因為付不出計程車資，被運將送到派出所，顏姓男子仗著酒意，對一名藍姓員警破口大罵，而且一罵就是一小時，因而吃上妨害公務官司，不甘受辱的藍員請求民事賠償，法院判決出爐，顏姓男子男須賠員警3萬元。

員警取締酒駕時，常會遇到喝醉酒的駕駛亂罵人，不少員警常自認倒楣，可別以為仗著酒意開口罵人就沒事，在高雄有一名員警被醉漢罵了一個小時，實在受不了，氣得向這名醉漢提告。

派出所的同事說，這名醉漢被帶進警局的時候，就不斷用三字經罵人，藍姓員警在幫他作筆錄時，顏姓男子不斷口出惡言，藍姓員警覺得名譽受損，才跟嫌犯提出民事賠償。

藍姓員警請求精神撫慰金十萬元，後來法院判賠3萬元，得知判決結果後，藍姓員警說，基層員警在遇到喝醉酒的民眾時，常有類似困擾，現在已學會蒐證，捍衛個人尊嚴。希望法院這次判決，能讓基層員警日後執法工作更順利。
