管筏載私菸 見海巡棄船逃逸

（中央社記者張榮祥台南26日電）一艘滿載私菸的管筏今天在台南市七股沿海搶攤，被海巡人員發現夾擊，走私者棄船逃逸，海巡起出逾400箱私菸，偵辦中。

海巡署第四海巡隊指出，海巡署第六巡防區雷達昨晚發現一艘船隻快速向七股岸邊靠近，立刻出動快艇趕往，且通知在高雄興達港外海巡邏的巡防艇夾擊。

七股沿海漁民今天清晨5時左右通報，一艘管筏擱淺在七股溪口，海巡人員趕到時，管筏上沒人，只留下逾400箱私菸，因數量龐大，海巡人員把私菸運到七股安檢所。

第四海巡隊推測，向七股岸邊靠近的快速船隻，應該是私菸母船，母船把私菸下放到管筏後，立刻駛離，走私者再利用天色未明之際駕駛管筏搶攤，但被海巡人員發現夾擊，走私者才棄船逃逸。1021126
