涉南港案 余政憲更一審緩刑

（中央社記者黃意涵台北5日電）前內政部長余政憲於扁家南港案被控貪污，一審獲緩刑、二審改判刑2年6月。台灣高等法院更一審今天判他2年、緩刑5年。

高院更一審以貪污治罪條例的圖利罪判處余政憲2年徒刑，褫奪公權4年，緩刑5年，緩刑期間付保護管束，並提供120小時的義務勞務，向公庫支付新台幣500萬元，全案可上訴。

全案緣於民國92年7月間，經濟部國貿局委託內政部營建署辦理世貿南港展覽館興建工程，工程預算36億元；為儘快興建展覽館，採最有利標方式招標，由學者專家組成評選委員會審理標案，讓最優建商得標。

特偵組偵辦前總統陳水扁國務費等案時，查出力拓公司涉嫌行賄前總統夫人吳淑珍9000萬元，吳淑珍再指示余政憲洩漏南港展覽館標案的評選委員名單及投標廠商資格文件，讓力拓公司順利標得南港展覽館興建工程。1021205
